The BaliwagUSA is a non-profit organization. For many years, we have been engaged in various charitable activities benefitting the underprivileged families of Baliwag. One of our mainstay projects is the “Christmas Gift giving” where thousands of poor families received food basket essential for the celebration of the holiday. Our “Medical/Dental Mission Project” provides free services to underprivileged families. In October 2011, after the devastating typhoon struck the Philippine archipelago, we provided pencils, notebooks and other school supplies to thousands of needy school children of Baliwag. Our “Scholarship Project” aims to support educational and personal growth of young children to nurture them into the leaders of tomorrow.
The BaliwagUSA aims to inspire all the Baliwagueños living in the land of “Milk and Honey” considered as the second home, the United States of America. Making difference in the lives of our brothers and sisters back in hometown Baliwag. By the generosity and heartfelt commitment of everyone in support of our organization’s meaningful projects. We aspire to carry on our dreams and hope to be helpful while we foster love, care, friendship and unity among us.
YEARS OF REMEMBRANCE
The Story of Baliwag USA
The Baliwag USA was established in 1991 by a group of Baliwagueños spearheaded by the illustrious First President Julian de Vega and his wife Salud.
They started their humble beginnings as a group of friends coming from Baliuag province in the Philippines, whose main purpose is to get together on weekends and free days to have fun. This group of people from Baliuag quickly formed a lasting bonds and camaraderie among themselves.
They realized that as a group of immigrants from the same town, they could do great work to help their fellow hometown (kababayans) back home. They decided to register the group as a non-profit organization in California at the office of the Secretary of State.
First Association Meeting
Their first rudimentary meetings was held at the abode of the First Couple Julian de Vera and his wife in Glendale, California. Kudos to the couple of their achievements that vision came to reality.
BaliwagUSA Today
From this modest beginnings, they had built the Baliiwag USA to what it is today, a growing, thriving and a helpful organization whose main objective is to help their Kababayans.

BALIWAGUSA is a non-profit organization aimed at inspiring Baliwagueños living in the United States of America to make a difference in the lives of needy and poor people in Baliwag by their financial generosity and responsiveness to support the organizations projects while fostering camaraderie among members.
